UniLicency Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by UniLicency, a company specializing in brokerage and consulting for the sale of work licenses in the United States and Europe. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with/with these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms described herein, we ask that you do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Services”: Refers to all services provided by UniLicency related to consulting, brokerage and assistance in obtaining work licenses in the United States and Europe.
“Customer”: Refers to the natural or legal person who uses UniLicency services.
“Work Permit”: Refers to the documents or permits required to legally work in another country (United States or Europe), as per the immigration and labor regulations of each country.
2. Description of the Services
UniLicency offers consulting and brokerage services to help clients obtain work permits in the United States and Europe. These services include, but are not limited to:
Analysis and guidance on work permit options.
Preparation and review of documentation required.
Follow-up of the license application process.
Personalized advice on legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Obligations of the Customer
By using the UniLicency services, the Client undertakes to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the consulting process.
Submit all the requested documentation in a clear, accurate manner and within the established deadlines.
Keep UniLicency informed of any changes in data or circumstances that may affect the licensing process.
Comply with all legal and regulatory obligations related to the process of obtaining a work permit, both in the United States and in Europe.
4. Fees and Payments
Customers must pay the fees related to UniLicency services as previously agreed, according to the contract entered into.
Payment will be required according to the agreed collection model (for example, one-time or installment payment).
UniLicency reserves the right to modify its fees at any time, provided that it notifies the customer in advance.
5. Responsibility of UniLicency
UniLicency is committed to providing its services in a diligent and professional manner, offering guidance and support during the process of obtaining a work permit. However, UniLicency is not responsible for:
Approval or refusal of the application for a work permit, as such decision is made by the competent authorities of the United States or the European Union.
Any delays in the process due to errors or omissions by third parties, such as immigration authorities or external service providers.
Additional costs or fees not initially foreseen and that may arise during the application process.
6. Confidentiality
UniLicency undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the customer during the provision of services. Personal information and documents will be used exclusively for purposes related to the process of consulting and work permits brokerage.
7. Intellectual property
All content, materials and resources provided by UniLicency, including but not limited to documents, guides, websites and software, are the property of UniLicency or its licensors and are copyrighted, Trademarks and other intellectual property laws. The Client is not permitted to use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from UniLicency.
8. Limitation of Liability
UniLicency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or damages resulting from failures in the process of obtaining work permits, delay in the services or any other issue related to the use of our services.
9. Modifications to the Terms
UniLicency reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and the revision date will be updated. By continuing to use our services after any change, you agree to the revised Terms.
10. Termination
UniLicency may terminate this agreement at any time, if the Customer violates the Terms and Conditions described or becomes unable to provide the services due to circumstances beyond the company’s control. The Customer may terminate the use of the services at any time by notifying UniLicency, but will be responsible for paying all fees due until the date of termination.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to the services provided by UniLicency shall be settled in the competent courts of the city of Fort Myers.
